Real Women. Real Progress. Real Stories.
Behind every transformation is a woman who decided to make herself a priority.
From building strength and improving fitness to feeling more confident through perimenopause and menopause, these are the stories of women I’ve had the privilege of coaching.
Because progress isn’t just about what the scales say. It’s about how you feel, what your body can do and the confidence you gain along the way.
Julie, 56 – Stronger Than Ever After Menopause
At 56 and postmenopausal, Julie was frustrated that her usual approach to fitness wasn’t delivering the results she wanted.
By combining strength training, structured cardio and sustainable nutrition, Julie lost 4kg in just five weeks, built strength and regained confidence.
She went on to complete her first HYROX and was featured in Women’s Health UK.
Proof that your 50s can be some of your strongest years.

Penny, 74 – Building Strength and Confidence
Penny had always enjoyed staying active, from walking and gardening to skiing and fitness classes. But after a knee injury and a broken leg, she wanted to find a different way to maintain her fitness and strength.
She joined Alice Jordan Fitness because she loved the supportive, women-only environment and wanted to introduce more strength training into her routine.
Within just a few weeks, Penny was already feeling more energetic and enjoying the structure and variety of her sessions.
Her goal? To keep getting stronger, stay independent and continue enjoying an active, healthy life.
